Delorean Longboards Affiliate Marketing Agreement and Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is effective as of 8/7/2023, between Delorean Longboards, located at 3060 Industry St. Set.108, Oceanside, California, 92054, and the Affiliate.

1. Term

This Agreement commences on the effective date and will remain in force for two (2) months unless terminated earlier by either party with written notice.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• The Affiliate will create and post a minimum of thirty (30) pieces of original content featuring and promoting Delorean Longboards' products during the two-month term.
• Content may include but is not limited to social media posts, blog articles, video reviews, and live streams.

3. Compensation and Commission Structure

• The Affiliate will receive one (1) board of their choice and additional promotional merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, stickers).
• The Affiliate will earn a 15% commission for every board sold using their unique affiliate link or discount coupon code.
• Customers using the Affiliate's discount code will receive a 15% discount on their purchase.

Commission Breakdown per Board Sold:

• OG Board: $360 (Retail Price) * 15% = $54 Commission
• Dancer Board: $320 (Retail Price) * 15% = $48 Commission
• Cruiser Board: $280 (Retail Price) * 15% = $42 Commission
• Surfskate Board: $260 (Retail Price) * 15% = $39 Commission

Note: The Affiliate should mention that all orders come with Free Shipping.

4. Payment

Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis through Zelle bank transfer payment method. Returns and/or chargebacks will be deducted from the Affiliate's commission.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

• The Affiliate grants the Company permission to use any and all content created under this agreement for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained during the execution of this Agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Affiliate must return all promotional items and cease using any of the Company’s intellectual property.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement and Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California and the respective state of each Affiliate.

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and the accompanying Terms and Conditions.
